摘要
铬钼钢在化工设备高温抗氢方面应用十分广泛,然而由于回火脆化敏感性的影响,对于长期在一定温度范围内运行的压力容器还是存在一定的风险。本文进一步指出了铬钼抗氢钢的回火脆化的主要特征,分析了化学成分和热处理工艺两个影响回火脆化敏感性的因素,得出回火脆化的评定以及为了获得材料的最佳综合性能应采取的控制措施。
Chrome molybdenum steel in chemical equipment high-temperature hydrogen is widely used, however, due to the impact sensitivity of temper embrittlement, the risk still exists for the operation of pressure vessel in a certain temperature range of long-term. This paper further points out that the main characteristic of temper embrittlement of chromium molybdenum steel, analysis of chemical composition and heat treatment process of two factors affecting the sensitivity of temper embrittlement, the control measures of evaluation of temper embrittlement and the best comprehensive performance in order to obtain the material to be taken.
