摘要
目前,在国内汽车排气管的制造中,所选用的材料多是201不锈钢,这种材料具有较高的强度以及优良的耐腐蚀性,而且价格低廉,在行业内广受欢迎。但是,目前受成型工艺以及成型设备的影响,201不锈钢波纹管的生产中存在严重的质量问题以及生产效率不高的问题,已经无法满足生产的实际需求。文章首先对传统的金属波纹管成型方式做了简单梳理,然后提出了环型金属波纹管胶囊液压控制成型技术,供相关工作者参考。
At present, most of the materials used in automobile exhaust pipe manufacturing in China are 201 stainless steel. The material has high strength and excellent corrosion resistance, and its price is low, and it is widely popular in the industry. However, at present, due to the influence of molding technologythere are serious quality problems and low production efficiency in the production of 201 stainless steel bellows, which has been unable to meet the actual needs of production.
