二氧化氯对聚羧酸类阻垢剂阻垢效果的影响 被引量:1

摘要 近几年"绿色阻垢剂"的概念已被提出,研制具有高阻垢性能、良好生物降解性、无毒性的环境友好型阻垢剂是21世纪水处理剂的发展方向。聚羧酸类阻垢剂作为一种环境友好型逐渐成为人们关注的焦点,并有代替磷酸系阻垢剂在电厂中的应用趋势;二氧化氯和液氯作为典型的电厂氧化杀菌剂,其对聚羧酸类阻垢剂的影响值得研究[1]。聚羧酸类阻垢剂相比磷酸系有更好发展前景,通常聚磷酸盐可被氧化性较强的物质分解成正磷,而正磷易产生磷酸钙垢,并能增加水体营养,利于微生物繁殖;而聚羧酸类阻垢剂作为环境友好型阻垢剂更有发展前景。 In recent years, the concept of "green scale inhibitor" has been put forward. The development of the environment-friendly scale inhibitor with high scale inhibition, good biodegradability and non-toxicity is the trend of water treatment agent in the21th century. As an environment-friendly scale inhibitor, the polycarboxylic acid scale inhibitor has gradually become the focus of at-tention, and is to replace the phosphoric acid scale inhibitor in power plant. As two typical oxidizing bactericides for power plants,their impact on the polycarboxylic acid scale inhibitor is worth studying. The polycarboxylic acid scale inhibitor has a better develop-ment prospect than phosphoric acids. Usually, polyphosphate can be decomposed into positive phosphorus by strong oxidizing sub-stances, but normal phosphorus is easy to produce calcium phosphate scale, and can increase water nutrition and facilitate microbialreproduction; while polycarboxylic acid scale inhibitor as an environment-friendly scale inhibitor has better development prospects.
