摘要
为了丰富壳聚糖骨架上的活性吸附位点,对壳聚糖进行交联改性,并将其和聚合氯化铝铁复合使用来吸附Cr3+。实验以Cr3+的去除率为考察指标,研究了聚合氯化铝铁/交联壳聚糖的质量比、吸附剂投加量、吸附时间、吸附温度、pH等因素对吸附效果的影响,最后通过正交实验优化了吸附工艺,得最佳吸附参数为:聚合氯化铝铁-交联壳聚糖质量比1∶2、投加量7 g、pH=8、吸附时间70 min、吸附温度35℃,此条件下的吸附效果最好,Cr3+的吸附率达96.934%。
The chitosan was cross-linked to increase the active adsorption site on the chitosan, andthen used to adsorb Cr3+in combination with polyaluminum ferric chloride. In the experiment, theremoval rate of Cr3+was taken as the index, and the effects of the mass ratio of polyaluminum ferricchloride/crosslinked chitosan, the dosage of adsorbent, the adsorption time, the adsorption temperatureand pH on the adsorption were studied. The adsorption parameters were optimized by orthogonalexperiment as follows: the mass ratio of polyaluminum ferric chloride-crosslinked chitosan of1∶2, thedosage of 7 g, pH = 8, the adsorption time of 70 min, the adsorption temperature of 35℃, theadsorption effect was the best under these conditions, which reached to 96.934%.
