不同硫化体系对“绿色”V带压缩胶老化前后力学性能及动态生热性能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 研究了不同用量的多功能交联剂WY988、TBzTD硫化体系对V带压缩胶的老化前后物理机械性能及动态生热性能的影响。结果表明,TBzTD的使用对t_10影响较小但对t_90的影响较大,WY988则反之,且WY988与TBzTD的使用使得表观交联密度有不同程度的降低。TBzTD替代部分S时老化前后拉伸强度、断裂伸长率下降较多,WY988对老化前后力学性能的影响不大。WY988与TBzTD的使用在老化前后均使硫化胶的tanδ高于未使用时硫化胶的tanδ。 The effects of WY988 and TBzTD curing system with different contents of multifunctional crosslinking agents on the physical and mechanical properties and dynamic heat-generating properties of V belt compression rubber before and after aging were studied. The results showed that the use of TBzTD had a small effect on t10 but a greater impact on t90, while WY988 on the contrary, and the use of WY988 and TBzTD resulted in varying degrees reduction of apparent crosslinking density. When TBzTD replaced part of S, the tensile strength and elongation at break sharply decreased before and after aging. WY988 had little effect on the mechanical properties before and after aging. The use of WY988 and TBzTD both made the tanδ of vulcanizate higher than original vulcanizate before and after aging.
