摘要
介绍了城际铁路动车组牵引电机常用悬挂方式的结构特点和应用范围,分析了不同悬挂方式的优缺点。针对城际铁路动车组的运用特点,从动力学性能和振动传递两个方面分析不同牵引电机悬挂方式的适用性,以及对车辆运行、构架结构强度的影响。通过系统分析,建议城际铁路动车组牵引电机采用大刚度弹性悬挂方式作为优选方案,同时确定了牵引电机弹性悬挂摇头频率的下限值,并以节点跨距、节点刚度等为参数,推导出了牵引电机弹性悬挂摇头频率的计算公式。分析结果可用于指导城际铁路动车组牵引电机悬挂的优化设计。
The structural characteristics and application fields of the normal traction motor in suspension mode are introduced,the advantages and disadvantages of different suspension modes are analyzed. According to the running characters of intercity EMU,the applicability of different traction motor suspension modes is analyzed from aspects of rolling stock dynamic performance and vibration transfer,as well as their impacts on train operation and structural strength.In this paper,taking node span and node stiffness as parameters,the yaw shake frequency calculation formula of traction motor elasticity suspension in bogie frame is obtained,suggestions on the optimum traction motor suspension mode for intercity EMU are put forward.
