渗透树脂和氟化物对早期牙釉质龋治疗效果的比较 被引量:11

摘要 目的比较渗透树脂和氟化物治疗对早期人工牙釉质龋治疗的效果。方法 60颗完好的牛切牙样本制成牙釉质标本并浸入到脱矿液中24 h制成牛切牙釉质龋。随机数字表法分为4组(n=15):CON(对照)组,浸润在人工唾液;DF组,每天0.05%氟化钠处理;WF组,每周涂布2%氟化物凝胶;IC组,渗透树脂处理。处理结束后,分别测量各组样本4周、8周及再次脱矿后表面的显微硬度及4周后的渗透深度。结果显微硬度评估显示,各组基线值(白斑病变形成后)差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),经过治疗后,IC组第4周,DF组、WF组第8周显微硬度值达到最高峰,IC组在各个时间段均明显高于其他组(P<0.05)。4周后各组渗透深度的百分比显示,DF、WF、IC组均明显高于对照组(P<0.01),IC组的渗透深度百分比均明显高于DF组和WF组(P<0.05),DF组和WF组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对早期牙釉质龋渗透树脂,渗透百分比明显高于氟化物治疗。 Objective To investigate the therapeutic effects of penetrating resin and fluoride on early enamel caries.Methods Sixty intact bovine incisors were immersed in demineralized solution for 24 hours to make bovine incisor enamelcaries. The specimens were divided into four groups(n=15 for each group) according to the treatment methods: control group(CON)-immersion in artificial saliva, DF group-immersion in 0.05% fluoride solution daily, WF group-2% fluoride gelweekly and IC group-resin infiltration. After processing for four and eighe weeks, the microhardness of the surface of eachgroup was measured. After the treatment for four weeks, the depth of penetration and the microhardness of the samples weremeasured. After 8-week treatment, all samples were reintroduced into the demineralized solution for 24 hours and themicrohardness of the samples was measured again. Results Results of microhardness assessment showed that there were nosignificant differences in baseline values(after white spots) between four groups(P>0.05). After treatment for four weeks themicrohardness value reached the peak in IC group. After treatment for eight weeks the microhardness values reached thepeak in DF group and WF group. The values of microhardness were significantly higher at different time points in IC groupthan those of other groups(P<0.05). After 4-week treatment, the percentages of penetration depth were significantly higherin DF, WF and IC groups than those of control group(P<0.01). The penetration depth was significantly higher in IC groupthan that of DF group and WF group(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the penetration depth between DFgroup and WF group(P>0.05). Conclusion For the early enamel caries penetration resin, the penetration percentage issignificantly higher than the fluoride treatment.
