摘要
目前,无线电通信能力与不断增长的航海保障服务之间的矛盾日益突出。通过对目前采用的海上无线电通信手段的分析,提出采用500 k Hz NAVDAT通信方式。分析新型海上数字通信系统NAVDAT,介绍其系统架构和性能特点,阐述其与传统NAVTEX的区别,并结合舰船实际特征,探究其在舰船航海保障中的应用,包括NAVDAT系统在海上安全信息处理、舰船装备远程维修、航行安全上的应用及实现方法,具有一定的借鉴和参考价值。
At present, the contradiction of between the radio communication ability and the growing maritime security service becomes increasingly prominent. Based on analysis of the currently-used maritime radio communication means, 500 kHz NAVDAT communication is proposed and adopted. This paper discusses the new maritime digital communication system of NAVDAT, presents its architecture and performance characteristics, expounds its difference with the traditional NAVTEX, and in combination with the actual characteristics of ship, explores its application in the ships navigation security, involving maritime secure information processing, remote maintenance of ship equipment, application and realization in navigation safety, and thus is of certain reference value.
