摘要 针对车集煤矿2614工作面里段回采期间受大落差断层影响,机尾段平均坡度超过15°且大面积破硬岩,存在爆破工程量大、推进速度慢、开采成本高、矿井产量紧张等问题,结合矿井实际生产情况,制定了工作面缩面开采技术方案,研究了煤巷快速掘进技术,并对工作面收尾及回撤方式进行了创新应用。结果表明,2614改造回风巷煤巷掘进工期缩短20 d,工作面收尾推进度减少3 m,机尾大坡度段回撤作业面支护可靠,使得改造工作面提前22.5 d实现正常回采,大大缓解了矿井产量紧张局面,同时工作面改造后技术经济效益显著提升,为类似地质条件下工作面缩面开采提供了实践参考。 In view of the influence of the large drop fault during the mining of section 2614 in Juji Coal Mine,tail section average slope exceeds 15 degrees and a large area of hard rock,the problems of large engineering volume and promote the slow speed and high cost of mining,mine production constraints,combined with the actual production situation,formulate the working face shrinking surface mining study on the technical scheme,rapid excavation technology of coal roadway,and the working face closure and withdraw way of innovative applications. The results show that the 2614 lane transformation of coal roadway tunneling to shorten the duration of 20 days,working face ending push schedule reduced 3 m,tail large slope section retracement head-on reliable support,the transformation of working face22. 5 days ahead of the normal mining,mine production has greatly eased the tension,and working face after the transformation of technical and economic benefits significantly,for the similar geological conditions of working face shrinking surface mining to provide a practical reference.
