摘要 电力需求响应作为电力需求侧管理的解决方案之一,在保障电网稳定运行、抑制电价上升方面具有重要作用。2015~2017年黄浦区政府组织实施了两期电力需求侧响应试点项目,对需求响应项目效果进行综合评估成为了目前亟待解决的问题。本次研究分析了我国电力需求响应评估方法的现状,建立了适合黄浦区需求侧响应的评估模型,并以黄浦区电力需求响应试点项目为实例,综合评估了试点项目的需求响应效果。本研究有助于科学地说明需求响应的可行性和经济性,辅助建立需求侧响应激励机制,为促进其在上海市乃至全国的大规模应用提供借鉴。 Electric power demand response is one of the electric power demand side managemesolutions, which plays an important role in guaranteeing power grid stable operation and restraininelectricity price rising. Huangpu district government has implemented two terms electric power demanside response trial projects from 2015 to 2017. Comprehensive evaluation of demand side respontrial projects becomes problems to be solved at present. The article analyzes current situation domestic electric power demand side response evaluation method and establishes evaluation modto fit Huangpu district demand side response with example verification of trial project. The authevaluates demand side response effect of trial project comprehensively. The study helps demonstrascientific feasibility and economy of demand side response. With building up demand side responincentive mechanism, comprehensive evaluation puts forward application references in shanghai evenationwide.
