摘要
在化工生产过程中,金属容器是必不可少的设备之一,因金属容器本身就有一定的使用寿命,所以在生产过程中,要对金属化工容器进行定期检验,便可有效的排除化工企业安全生产中的不安全因素,保障生产顺利进行和员工的人身安全。本文通过对金属化工容器检验中存在的不安全因素进行分析,并对检验方案进行探讨,进一步阐述了金属化工容器在定期检验中的安全策略。
In the process of chemical production, metal container is one of the necessary equipment, because the metal container itself has certain service life, so in the production process, to carry out regular inspection of metal chemical container, can effectively eliminate the chemical enterprise safety in production safety factor, to ensure smooth production and staff personal safety. In this paper, the unsafe factors in the inspection of metal chemical containers are analyzed, and the inspection scheme is discussed, and the safety strategy of metal chemical containers in periodic inspection is further expounded.
