摘要
目的:调查住院脑卒中主要照顾者负荷水平,并分析其影响因素。方法:2016年12月~2017年6月采用一般资料问卷、照顾者反应评估量表对我院154例住院脑卒中照顾者进行问卷调查。结果:脑卒中照顾者照顾负荷总分为(3.38±0.44)分,处中等水平。多元线性回归分析结果显示,是否接受过专业康复指导、有无其他照顾者、照顾者职业状况、照顾者教育程度是照顾者照顾负荷的影响因素。结论:脑卒中患者主要照顾者负荷较重。护理人员应提供连续的脑卒中相关知识和情感上的支持,提高照顾者的身心健康水平和应对能力,进而提高脑卒中照顾者及患者的生活质量。
Objective To investigate the level and influencing factors of Care Burden in Primary Caregivers of Stroke＇s Patients. Methods One hundred and fifty-four inpatients and its primary caregivers were recruited by convenience sampling method. They were investigated with care burden for caregiver reaction assessment scale,CRA,demographics and disease status questionnaire. Results The mean score of care burden with primary caregivers was（ 3. 38 ± 0.44） score. Multiple linear regression analysis showed there are four related factors ： Whether or not to accept the professional rehabilitation guidance,any other caregivers,caregivers occupation status,caregiver education status（ P 〈0. 001）. Conclusion The primary caregivers of stroke patients are heavy care burden. Care burden of primary caregivers of stroke＇s patients should be improve. Nurses should provide continuously related stroke knowledge and emotional support,enhancing caregivers＇ physical and mental health and coping ability,and improve the stroke caregivers＇ quality of life.
