摘要
目的对社会工作介入晚期癌症患者灵性关怀的方法和作用进行探讨。方法以质性研究为主要的研究方法,通过参与式观察和深入访谈法收集资料,就晚期癌症患者的灵性困扰与需求进行分析。在此基础上,根据对访谈对象灵性需要与困扰的了解,制定服务计划,开展灵性方面的关怀,并透过访谈,对服务效果进行分析。结果当患者面临威胁生命的疾病时会表现出身心的痛苦,灵性需求明显增加。灵性照顾介入临终关怀对于缓解患者恐惧、获得情感支持、建立良好人际关系有积极意义。结论社会工作者可通过灵性照顾,促进患者和家人的沟通,探索生命意义、解决内心的冲突和矛盾,达到"去者善终,留者善别"的目的。
Objective To study and discuss on the methods and functions of social work involved the hospice spiritual care for terminal cancer patients.Methods Qualitative research was the main research method.This paper collected information through participatory observation and in-depth interviews.Based on the knowledge of the interviewees' spiritual needs and problems,we developed service plans and carried out the care of the spiritual aspects.The effectiveness of the service was analyzed through interviews.Results Patients with advanced cancer might exhibit physical and mental pain,and then the needs of spiritual increased significantly.Spiritual care for hospice care had a positive effect in mitigating fear,gaining emotional support,and establishing good interpersonal relationships.Conclusion Spiritual care provided by social workers,can promote communication between patients and their families,explore the meaning of life,and resolve inner conflicts and contradictions.So people can not only be a good mentality to die,but also can say goodbye to the dead.
