摘要
研究定义了港口机械液压系统主动维护的概念,分析了港口机械液压系统主动维护的价值,提出了主动维护港口机械液压系统的观点,提供了确定港口机械液压系统的维护指标,做好港口机械液压系统液压油的更换工作,检验港口机械液压系统的密封性,做好港口机械液压油的机外过滤环节,港口机械液压系统油脂的规范更换等措施和方法,希望对港口企业实现机械液压系统主动维护的工作体系和技术体系有所帮助。
This paper defines the concept of active maintenance of port mechanical hydraulic system,analyzes the value of active maintenance of port mechanical hydraulic system,puts forward the viewpoint of proactive maintenance of port mechanical hydraulic system,provides the definition of port mechanical hydraulic system maintenance index,mechanical hydraulic system hydraulic oil replacement work to test the port mechanical hydraulic system sealing,port mechanical hydraulic oil,the port mechanical and hydraulic system oil specification replacement and other measures and methods,hoping to provide help for the active maintenance of the system.
