超疏水聚偏氟乙烯膜和乙烯-三氟氯乙烯膜的制备与应用研究 被引量:1

摘要 超疏水聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)膜具有超高的疏水性和自清洁性,可以有效缓解膜润湿问题,在膜接触器如膜蒸馏和膜吸收中有很好的应用前景。乙烯-三氟氯乙烯(ECTFE)膜具有优异的耐溶剂性能、机械性能和耐候性,在多种领域具有很好的研究和应用前景。本文综述了超疏水PVDF膜和疏水ECTFE膜的制备方法和应用进展,以期为含氟疏水材料的制备与应用提供思路和方向。 Superhydrophobic PVDF membranes have a good application prospect in membrane contactors such as membrane distillation and membrane absorption because of high hydrophobicity and self-cleaning properties. Superhydrophobic membranes can effectively alleviate the membrane wetting. ECTFE membranes have good research and application prospects in a variety of fields due to their excellent solvent resistance, good mechanical properties and weather resistance. This paper introduced the preparation methods and practice applications of superhydrophobic PVDF membranes and ECTFE membranes to provide ideas and directions for the preparation and application of fluorine-containing hydrophobic materials.
