摘要
目的研究ANG1、ANG2在不同年龄段抑郁障碍患者及正常对照组中的表达差异,为抑郁障碍的发病机制研究提供实验依据。方法共入组253人,随机分为抑郁组143人,正常对照组110人。使用酶联免疫吸附测定(ELISA)方法分别测定2组血清中的血管生成素1(ANG1)、血管生成素2(ANG2)。将2组的ANG1、ANG2测定结果分为<30岁和≥30岁,<40岁和≥40岁以及<50岁和≥50岁。结果 1、抑郁障碍组和正常对照组2组组间比较,ANG1和ANG2无明显差异。2、在抑郁障碍患者组中,ANG1和ANG2无明显差异。3、在正常对照组中,30岁以上者的ANG2高于30岁以下者(P<0.05);40岁以下者的ANG1高于40岁以上者(P<0.05),40岁以上者的ANG2高于40岁以下者(P<0.05);50岁以上及50岁以下患者血清中ANG无明显差异。结论 ANG在正常人中的改变较抑郁障碍患者更明显。血管生成素在抑郁障碍的发病机制中可能作用不大。
Objective To study the difference of expression of angiogenin in different age groups with depressive disorder and normal control group, and to provide experimental basis for the study of the pathogenesis of depressive disorder. Methods A total of 253 people were randomly divided into a depression group of 143 and a normal control group of 110. Serum levels of angiopoietin 1(ANG1) and angiogenin(ANG2) were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) in two groups. The two group of angiogenesis assay results were divided into less than30 years and more than 30 years old, less than 40 years and older than 40 years old and 50 years old and above 50 years. Results 1. There was no significant difference between ANG1 and ANG2 in the two groups of depressive disorder group and normal control group. 2. There was no significant difference between ANG1 and ANG2 in the patients with depressive disorder. 3.In the normal control group, over the age of 30 ANG2 higher than that under 30 years old(P<0.05); The 40 year old ANG1 higher than those above 40 years old(P<0.05), over the age of 40 ANG2 higher than that under 40 years old(P<0.05); no significant difference over the age of 50 and under the age of 50 patients ANG in serum. Conclusion The change of ANG in normal subjects is more obvious than that in depressive patients. Angiogenin may not play an important role in the pathogenesis of depressive disorder.
