摘要
目的:探讨核磁共振技术应用在原发性肝癌诊断中的临床效果。方法:选取2014年9月~2015年9月某院收治的原发性肝癌患者88例,随机分为两组,各44例。对照组行CT检查,观察组行核磁共振技术检查,对比两组诊断结果。结果:观察组敏感性、特异性、准确率均高于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05);观察组检测出肝内病灶数、肝外病灶数、肝内病灶阳性率和肝外病灶阳性率均高于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:核磁共振技术应用于原发性肝癌诊断效果显著,可有效提高患者诊断特异性、敏感性和准确率,值得推广。
Objective:To discuss the clinical effect of nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR)technology in the diagnosis of Primary Hepatocellular carcinoma.Methods:88 cases of primary liver cancer patients treated in a hospital form September 2014 and September 2015 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 44 cases in each group.The control group was given CT examination,and the observation group was given nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR)technology examination,then the diagnosis results between the two groups were compared.Results:The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).The number of intrahepatic lesions,the number of extrahepatic lesions,the positive rate of intrahepatic lesions and the positive rates of extrahepatic lesions in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of nuclear magnetic resonance technique in the diagnosis of primary liver cancer is very effective,which can effectively improve the patients' diagnostic specificity,sensitivity and accuracy,and is worthy of promotion.
