摘要
激光是高能束加工的新型能源之一。激光加工技术具有清洁、环保、高效及易于实现自动化的优点,应用十分广泛。概述了激光表面淬火、激光表面熔覆、激光冲击硬化3种激光表面处理技术的技术原理,简要分析各种技术的特点及存在的问题,并指出该技术在重工业领域的具体应用案例。
Laser is one of the new energy using for high energy density beam process.Laser processing technology possesses a very wide range application since its advantages in clean,environmental friendly,high efficient and easy to automate. In this paper,the technical principles and characteristics of laser surface hardening,laser fusing together,laser surface alloying and cladding and laser surface impact hardening were reviewed,and pointed out examples in the field of heavy industry applications.
