浅析光纤激光切割中提高激光喷嘴的使用寿命的桥位工艺

摘要 光纤激光切割机是国际上新发展的一种新型钣金切割设备,广泛应用于大中型钣金加工企业。激光头的使用保养是整个激光切割机维护的重要组成部分,激光头前端喷嘴是高热激光束的出口门阀,经常碰撞钣金板材。因此喷嘴的维护或更换是影响设备使用寿命的因素之一。在零件排版时,结合实践工作经验,设计桥位工艺,有效降低激光喷嘴与钢板或零件的碰撞率,以提高其使用寿命的目的。 Optical fiber laser cutting machine is a new type of sheet metal cutting equipment developed in the world,and widely used in large and medium sheet metal processing enterprises. The use and maintenance of the laser head is an important part of the maintenance of the whole laser cutting machine,laser head nozzle is high laser beam outlet valve,often collision sheet plate. Therefore,the maintenance or replacement of the nozzle is one of the factors that affect the service life of the equipment.When the parts are typesetting,combined with working experience,bridge position technology is designed to effectively reduce the collision rate between laser nozzles and steel plates or parts,so as to improve their service life.
