摘要
以H_2和O_2的混合气体为爆源、TiCl4和SiCl4溶液为前驱体,通过气相爆轰制备纳米TiO_2-SiO_2复合氧化物,探究了不同前驱体Ti/Si比值对爆轰产物的影响,利用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、场发射透射电镜(TEM)及红外光谱仪(FTIR)等对爆轰产物的晶体结构、微观形貌和化学组成进行了观察分析。结果表明:在纳米TiO_2-SiO_2复合氧化物中,TiO_2为金红石型和锐钛型混晶形式,SiO_2则为无定型形式。TiO_2-SiO_2复合氧化物颗粒中存在Ti—O—Si键。所得TiO_2-SiO_2复合结构为无定型SiO_2附着于晶态TiO_2的外部,且随着前驱体Ti/Si比值的改变而发生变化。
TiO2-SiO2 nanometer composite oxide was prepared by gaseous detonation with H2 and O2 premixed gas as the explosion source,and TiCl4 and SiCl4 as the precursor.The influence of precursor Ti/Si ratio on the detonation product was investigated.Crystal structure,morphology and chemical composition of the detonation product were analyzed by XRD,TEM and FTIR.The resluts show that TiO2 is a mixture crystal of ruble and anatase in TiO2-SiO2 nanometer composite oxide,and SiO2 is amorphous.There is Ti—O—Si bond in TiO2-SiO2 nanometer composite oxide particles.amorphous adheres to the exterior of the crystalline TiO2 in the obtained TiO2-SiO2 composite structure.And the composite structure changes with precursor Ti/Si ratio.
