摘要
通过对深圳某大断面顶管近距离上跨运营地铁盾构隧道施工过程引起顶管下部盾构隧道不同监测断面竖向变形实测值进行研究分析,同时结合施工过程中采取的变形控制措施进行了分析。对浅覆土大断面顶管顶进过程中地表变形规律及控制措施进行了研究,发现浅埋大断面顶管施工会引起下部盾构隧道产生隆起变形,变形主要集中在顶管施工区域约3倍顶管宽度范围内。顶管外注浆及管内配重对控制隆起变形快速发展有较好的作用。
The field measured data of shield tunnel of Shenzhen metro under the pipe jacking during the pipe jacking construction was analyzed in this paper. And the deformation control methods of existing tunnel were also studied. The deformation law of shield tunnel induced by pipe jacking construction which lied up the shield tunnel was studied in particular. It was found that the shield tunnel uplifted in a region of 3 times of the width of pipe jacking induced by the construction. Mud grouting and loading can be used to control the rapid increasing of uplift deformation of shield tunnel.
