摘要
目的探讨中药益胃健脾汤治疗脾胃虚弱型慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床成效。方法 100例脾胃虚弱型慢性萎缩性胃炎患者作为研究对象,按照随机抽号的方法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。对照组行常规西药治疗,观察组行中药益胃健脾汤治疗。对比分析两组患者的临床治疗成效以及治疗后的症状积分。结果对照组患者临床治疗总有效率为80.00%,观察组患者临床治疗总有效率为94.00%,观察组患者临床治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组患者慢性炎症、腺体萎缩以及异型增生积分均明显低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过对脾胃虚弱型慢性萎缩性胃炎患者行中药益胃健脾汤治疗,可以取得较为显著的治疗成效,并且可以有效的改善患者的临床病症,具有临床治疗推广意义。
Objective To discuss the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine Yiwei Jianpi decoction in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis with spleen and stomach weakness. Methods A total of 100 chronic atrophic gastritis with spleen and stomach weakness patients as study subjects were divided by random number extraction method into c0ntrol group and observation group, with 50 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional western medicine, and the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine Yiwei Jianpi decoction. Comparison and analysis were made on clinical treatment effect and symptom scores after treatment between two groups. Results The control ~roup had total effective rate of clinical treatment as 80.00%, while the observation group had total effective rate of clinical treatment as 94.00%. The observation group had higher total effective rate of clinical treatment than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. After treatment, the observation group had obviously lower chronic inflammation, glandular atrophy and dysplasia scores than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine Yiwei Jianpi decoction provides remarkable treatment effect in treating chronic atrophic gastritis with spleen and stomach weakness patients, and can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients. It contains clinical treatment and nromotion significance.
