摘要
建立了模拟仿真与工程实训递进式结合的化工专业实习新模式;针对学生在专业学习各个阶段的理论知识深度设置实习内容,分阶段进行模拟仿真及工程实训。通过开发具有专业特色的模拟仿真软件、更新实习教学内容、加强师资培养及创建新型实习基地等措施,在提升学生工程素养、提高学生工程实践能力方面探索出新的思路和模式,取得了良好的教学效果,学生培养质量得到提高。
The progressive internship model combined with simulation and engineering training was established. The internship content was set up according to the students ' theoretical knowledge depth in professional learning. The simulation and engineering training were carried out in stages. In order to improve students' engineering concept and engineering practice ability,reform measures such as the development of characteristic simulation software,the update of teaching content,the strengthening of teacher training and the establishment of new internship base were implemented,which would lead to good teaching results. The quality of students training was improved.
