摘要
采用作者自行发明的固液混合铸造技术制备了高硅铝合金和耐热铝合金。该工艺所制备的各种铝合金晶粒微细 ,合金力学性能明显优于传统铸造和半固态铸造合金 ,并且解决了高合金化铸件难以热加工的问题 ,使得很多新合金得以实际应用。固液混合铸造技术具有工艺简单、生产成本低廉、能成形复杂形状件和大件等优点 。
High silicon aluminum alloy and elevated temperature aluminum alloy 8009 were prepared by the mixed solid liquid casting technology developed by the authors themselves. The as prepared aluminum alloys are characteristic of finer microstructures and higher mechanical properties than conventional casting and semisolid casting technologies, which can successfully resolve the problem that high alloy preform is difficult for hot processing and thus bring many advanced alloys into practical uses. The mixed solid liquid casting is a simple processing that can be utilized to prepare preforms with complex structures and large dimensions at lower costs. It has a wide application perspective.
