双波长高效液相色谱法测定米豆腐中4种防腐剂 被引量:5

摘要 目的建立双波长高效液相色谱法(high performance liquid chromatography,HPLC)同时测定米豆腐中苯甲酸、山梨酸、丙酸、脱氢乙酸的分析方法。方法在碱性条件下提取4种目标物,加蛋白沉淀试剂,沉淀大米中的蛋白质,分离样品溶液后再酸化,用双波长高效液相色谱法同时检测4种防腐剂。结果 4种组分在1.00~100μg/mL范围内线性关系良好,相关系数均在0.9991~0.9996(n=6),平均加标回收率在86.0%~95.2%(n=3)。结论该方法同时测定4种防腐剂,前处理简单、快速,定量准确,灵敏度高,可用于米豆腐的质量控制。 Objective To establish a method for simultaneous determination of benzoic acid, sorbic acid, propionic acid and dehydrogenation acetic acid in rice tofu by double wavelength high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC). Methods Four kinds of targets were extracted under alkaline condition. The protein in rice was precipitated by adding protein precipitation reagent, then the sample solution was acidified, and 4 kinds of preservatives were detected by double wavelength high performance liquid chromatography. Results The 4 kinds of preservatives showed a good linear range at 1.00~100 μg/mL, the correlation coefficients were 0.9991~0.9996(n=6), and the average recoveries were 86.0%~95.2%(n=3). Conclusion This method is accurate, simple and reliable, which can be used for the quality control of 4 kinds of preservatives in rice tofu.
