摘要
1 000 MW发电机组给水泵电机热负荷较大,温度如果分布不合理将会影响电机的可靠性。文章采用等效网格法对部件平均温度进行简化分析,参考基尔霍夫定律写出热平衡方程,使用线性电流的节点电流法求解电机各部件的平均温升。型式试验结果表明,该给水泵电机温升符合技术要求。
The reliability was influenced in case of unreasonable temperature distribution of the motor because thermal load of the feeding water-pump used in 1000 Mw generator sets was increased greatly. Thus, the equivalent grid method was applied to conduct the simplified analysis on the parts’ average temperature, thermal balance equation was write down by means of the Kirchhoff’s law and the motor parts’ average temperature was calculated by employing the linear current-node method. Result of the type test was proved that temperature-rise of the feeding water-pump motor met with the technical requirement.
