摘要 文章设计了一款极化可重构微带贴片天线,它可以实现线极化与圆极化之间的转换以及左旋圆极化与右旋圆极化之间的转换。圆极化波是由幅度相等、相位相差90的相互垂直的线极化波产生,通过开在地面上的梯形槽激励产生的,每个梯形槽中都嵌有一个PIN二极管,用来改变电流的流向,通过控制二极管的通断来实现极化可重构。当左边的PIN二极管接通,右边的PIN二极管断开时,产生左旋圆极化;当右边的PIN二极管接通,左边的断开时,产生右旋圆极化。由于梯形槽与PIN二极管都开在接地面上,因此对天线性能的影响非常小。仿真与测量的阻抗带宽大约为60 MHz,轴比小于2。该天线结构简单,易于优化、仿真、制作,可应用于无线通信技术。 In this paper, a polarized reconfigurable micro strip patch antenna is designed, which can realize the conversion between linear polarization and circular polarization and the conversion between left-handed circular polarization and right-handed circular polarization. The circularly polarized waves are generated by mutually perpendicular linearly polarized waves with equal amplitude and phase difference of 90 degrees. In this paper, we through the stair slot on the ground to generate the polarization wave. Each stair slot is embedded with a diode, used to change the current flow.Polarized reconfiguration is achieved by controlling the continuity of the diode. When the left side of the diode is connected while the right of the diode is broken, the left circular polarization is generated. When the right side of the diode connected, while the left is broken, the right circular polarization is generated. As the stair slot and the diode are opened on the ground surface, the impact on the antenna performance is very small. Simulation and measurement of the impedance bandwidth is about 60 MHz, the ratio less than 2. The antenna structure is simple, easy to optimize, simulation,production, and it can be applied to wireless communication technology.
