摘要
目前环境承载力尚未有统一的定义,本文参考环境问题的分类,从环境污染和生态破坏的角度对环境承载力进行重新定义。根据其定义内涵以及安徽省的资源状况,从自然和社会两方面选取与区域环境承载力密切相关的指标,构建环境承载力评价指标体系。为弥补传统评价方法的在主客观权重确定的不足,应用博弈论组合赋权模型对层次分析法确定的主观权重和模糊熵权法确定的客指标权重进行综合赋权,结合承载力评价模型,以市为单位实证研究安徽省十六个市区2015年的环境承载力状况,应用GIS技术分析并绘制安徽省环境承载力评价图,直观显示各市环境承载状况。结果表明,2015年安徽省环境承载力空间差异较大,整体承载力一般;黄山市承载力能力较大,淮南市、铜陵市环境承载力较低。
Since there is currently no single definition of environmental carrying capacity, the article tried to define it in the view point of environmental pollution and ecological destruction referring to the environmental problem classification. Accroding to it's new definition and the resource situation in Anhui province, this article established the index system from two aspects, such as natural and scocial environment.These indicators are closely related to the environmental carrying capacity. In order to make up the flaw on the methods subjectively or objectively in the determination of weight coefficient, the combined weighting model used game theory to account subjective and objective weights. The subjective weigh is given based on AHP, and objective weight obtained from fuzzy entropy method.Using the evaluation model of environmental carrying capacity, the article taked the 16 cities in Anhui province as an example to analyze the carrying capacity status in combination with GIS technique. And with the help of GIS technique, we can get the carrying capacity status pictures,which can make the result more intuitive. The result shows that in 2015 the spatial difference of environmental carrying capacity level among city regions is very evident and the general environmental bearing capacity is only at conmmon level. Huangshan has larger bearing capacity, and the lowest environmental carrying capacity is in Huainan and Tongling.
