黄斑区微观结构对特发性黄斑前膜术后视力的预测价值 被引量:1

Predictive value of macular microstructure in predicting postoperative visual acuity of patients with idiopathic epiretinal membrane

摘要 特发性黄斑前膜(idiopathicepiretinalmembrane,IERM)是较常见的年龄相关性疾病,玻璃体切除联合黄斑前膜剥除手术是目前最有效的治疗方法。相干光断层扫描(opticalcoherencetomgra—phy,OCT)是监测IERM术后恢复状况的有力工具。利用OCT研究黄斑区微观结构可对IERM术后最佳视力进行预测,其中主要评估指标是平均黄斑中心凹厚度、内层视网膜厚度、光感受器细胞内节/外节、光感受器外节末端以及光感受器外节长度等。 Idiopathic epiretinal membrane (IERM) is a common age-related disease. Vitrectomy combined with epiretinal membrane peeling is the most effective surgical method for treatment of IERM. Op- tical coherence tomography (OCT) is a powerful tool widely used to monitor the recovery of IERM after oper- ation. At present, many clinical studies use OCT to investigate the predictive value of macular microstrue- ture. The results showed that the central foveal thickness (CFT), inner retinal thickness, inner segment / outer segment junction ( IS / OS), cone outer segment tips(COST) and the length of the photoreceptor outer segments (PROS) could predict visual acuity after idiopathic epiretinal membrane surgery.
