潍坊市孕期妇女碘营养状况监测分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的:了解近期潍坊地区孕期妇女碘营养情况,为优生优育提供科学依据。方法:采用尿碘检测专用试剂盒对2016年1月~12月来我院进行产前检查的孕期妇女尿碘浓度进行检测及分析。结果:符合检测条件的1921名孕期妇女中,碘缺乏者占39.20%,碘适量者占47.94%,碘超适量者占11.14%,碘过量者占1.72%,尿碘均值为184.70μg/L,尿碘中位数为163.13μg/L,且各年龄组间无差异。结论:潍坊地区孕期妇女碘营养状况尚可,但碘缺乏者比例仍较大,需要加大宣传力度,采取有效措施,保证孕妇身体健康和出生人口素质。 Objective: To investigate the iodine nutritional status of pregnant women of Weifang area in 2016, and provide scientific basis for prenatal and postnatal care. Methods: Detecting urinary iodine concentration of 1921 pregnant women who came to our hospital for antenatal examination in 2016. The concentration was detected by special kit of urinary iodine testing. Results: 39.2% pregnant women in the survey were poor in iodine intake, and the appropriate level was accounted for 47.94%. People with excess iodine was accounted for 12.86%. The median of urinary iodine was 163.13μg/L, and there was no statistical difference in iodine concentration in pregnant women of different ages. Conclusion: Basically, the level of the iodine nutritional status of pregnant women in Weifang could be further improved. The iodine intake should be adjusted to achieve the goal of healthy pregnancy and the high quanlity of population.
