摘要
对扬声器单元进行功率试验,是确定扬声器单元主要功率参数指标的重要手段。国标GB/T 12060.5,IEC60268-5,EIA RS-426以及AES的标准均对试验的种类、试验方法及测试信号进行了明确规定。扬声器生产厂家及其用户,均可参照上述标准对扬声器进行功率试验。但在具体试验的执行过程中,对一些操作步骤及测试流程缺乏详细的规定和明确说明。例如:使用音乐信号作为激励信号的均方根标定问题,扬声器单元的安装方法是否对功率试验构成影响,再比如扬声器在整个功率试验过程中,其低频阻抗模型是如何发生变化,是否能揭示扬声器损坏原因。针对这些环节进行了探讨和分析,并总结出一些建议,供广大扬声器生产企业及用户参考。
The power test for the loudspeaker unit is an important mean to determine the main power parameters. At present,the test types,test methods and test signals have been clearly defined through GB/T 12060. 5,IEC60268-5,EIA RS-426 and AES's standards. Thus,Manufacturers and users can refer to the above standards to test the loudspeaker power. However,there is no detailed instructions and clear description for some operational steps and testing processes in the actual test.For example,how does calibrate the root-mean-square by using the music signal as excitation signal; how does the loudspeaker unit installation method affect the power test; and how the low frequency impedance model of the loudspeaker changes in the whole testing process,whether the loudspeaker is damaged or not. Therefore,some existed problems are discussed and analyzed in the paper and then some advices are obtained,which provide favorable references for the majority of speaker manufacturers and users.
