摘要
使用BaZrO_3坩埚真空感应熔炼了Zr-4合金,采用SEM、EDS、XRD等方法分析了坩埚与合金熔体间的界面反应并对反应机理进行探究。结果表明,熔炼后BaZrO_3坩埚结构依旧完整,合金熔体与BaZrO_3耐火材料间发生一定程度的润湿,但坩埚与合金间未观察到明显的界面反应层,仅存在约20μm的渗透层。
Zirconium alloy Zr-4 was melted by vacuum induction in BaZrO3 crucible.The interfacial reaction between the crucible and zirconium alloy melt was analyzed by SEM,EDS and XRD,and then reaction mechanism was investigated.The results show that the BaZrO3 crucible still has complete structure after alloy melting.There is a certain degree of wetting between alloy melt and BaZrO3 refractory material,but no significant interfacial reaction layer is observed between the crucible and the alloy,only about 20μm thick permeable layer existing.
