摘要
目的采用脉冲场凝胶电泳技术(PFGE)对福建省霍乱监测点采集的霍乱弧菌进行分型,探讨其分布特征。方法福建省2008年采集到不同地区、不同来源的霍乱弧菌74株,用PFGE技术分析电泳酶切指纹图谱,用BioNumerics软件进行聚类分析。结果按照100%的相似度,可将21株小川型菌株分为20个PFGE型、44株稻叶型菌株分为39个PFGE型;按照90%的相似度,稻叶型菌株出现2个优势PFGE型别簇。结论福建省霍乱弧菌PFGE型别存在多态性。加强对外环境霍乱菌株的监测,可为霍乱防控提供有用的本底资料和早期预警;PFGE分型结合流行病学调查,是发现霍乱菌株污染传播链的有效手段。
Objective To study the molecular typing of Vibrio cholerae strains in Fujian by pulsed field gel electrophoresis(PFGE),and describe the epidemiological features.Methods Totally 74 strains of Vibrio cholerae were collected from different sources and areas in 2008 in Fujian.The electrophoresis enzyme fingerprinting of the strains was analyzed by using PFGE technology,and cluster analysis was carried out by BioNumerics software.Results According to 100% similarity,21 strains of serotype Ogawa were divided into 20 types and 44 strains of serotype Inaba were divided into 39 types.There were two dominant gene groups in the strains of serotype Inaba according to90% similarity.Conclusion There exist genetic polymorphism of Vibrio cholerae in Fujian.Strengthening the surveillance of cholera strains in the external environment can provide the useful information with background and early warning for the control and prevention of cholera.PFGE typing combined with epidemiological investigation are effective means to find the transmission chain of cholera strains.
