摘要
构建和谐社会的重要手段是完善并发展社会保障制度。社会保障是伴随着人类社会进程而逐步出现并完善的,其对于推进社会发展,保障社会进步和国家长治久安有重要的作用。探析中国古代社会保障思想历史进程,有助于了解历史脉络,为维护社会公平,改革现今保障制度提供借鉴。
The important means of building a harmonious society is to perfect and develop the social security system. Social security develops and improves with the evolving process of human society, and also has important role in promoting social development, safeguarding social progress and keeping national security. Therefore, analyzing the historical development of Chinese ancient social security thought can help understand the historical context, safeguard social justice, and provide references for reforming current security system.
