摘要
为了探讨12种植物粗多糖的体外抗肥胖及抗氧化能力,从中筛选出具有较好的抗肥胖及抗氧化活性的多糖样品。在体外分别检测12种粗多糖对胰脂肪酶和α-淀粉酶的抑制作用,以及对DPPH自由基的清除能力。实验结果显示,12种粗多糖对胰脂肪酶的抑制结果为黄芪多糖抑制率最好,达到了76%,其次是枸杞多糖为63%;对α-淀粉酶的抑制率测定结果,有9种多糖对α-淀粉酶的抑制率达到了25%左右;抗氧化活性测定中,有3种多糖对DPPH自由基的清除率达到了20%以上。实验表明枸杞多糖和黄芪多糖对胰脂肪酶和α-淀粉酶活性显示出了较好的抑制效果,且对DPPH自由基的清除效果也较好,具有进一步开发为减肥产品的潜在价值。
To study the anti-obesity and antioxidant activities of crude polysaccharides from 12 different plants in vitro, and to select polysaccharides with lipid-lowering and anti-oxidation proper ties. In vitro, the inhibitory effects of 12 kinds of crude polysaccharides on pancreatic lipase and α-amylase activities were detected, and the scavenging ability of DPPH free radicals was detected. The results showed that Astragalus polysaccharide was the best inhibition of pancreatic lipase in 12 kinds of crude polysaccharides, reaching 76%, followed by polysaccharide of Lycium barbarum 63%. In the inhibition rate of α-amylase determination, 9 kinds of polysaccharides on α-amylase inhibition rate of about 25%. And the scavenging rate of DPPH free radicals was more than 20% by 3 kinds of crude polysaccharides. In this research, Lycium barbarum polysaccharides and Astragalus polysaccharides have a good inhibitory effect on pancreatic lipase and α-amylase activity, and the scavenging effect of DPPH free radicals is also good, which has the potential value of development as a new drug for lose weight.
