摘要
新媒体技术的兴起和广泛应用,给高职心理健康教育课程的教学改革带来深远影响。对高职心理健康教育课程的学习需求调研显示:学生普遍认识到心理健康教育课程的必要性,重视心理健康教育的教学方式和教学资源的丰富性,更愿意参与实践课程的内容,更热衷于小组实践和团体活动,更支持视频和动画类型的网络学习资源,更喜欢通过网络聊天工具与教师交流。高校应从教学内容、教学方法、教学资源库、网络教学平台等方面着手进行改革和创新,以更好地切合新媒体时代高职大学生的心理和行为特点。
The rise and widespread application of new media technology has posed challenges and opportunities for the teaching reform of mental health education for college students. A survey of the learning demand of mental health education of college students indicate that: students recognize the necessity, teaching methods, education resources for mental health education, but demand more practical courses, group activities, and network videos, and prefer to interact with teachers through web chat tools. Therefore, efforts must be made to adjust the teaching content, diversify the teaching methods, and construct teaching resources and network teaching platforms, to meet the psychological and behavioral needs of vocational college students in the new media era.
