摘要
阐述铁路货场信息化现状,针对铁路货场信息化程度低、系统间兼容性低、信息来源不广泛、功能不完善、集成化程度低等问题,提出铁路货场数字化技术方案,以铁路货运站生产管理系统为基础,运用物联网技术,研发完善货场门禁管理系统、多媒体调度系统、货运站股道列车自动识别定位系统、装卸派班与统计系统、流动装卸机械定位监控系统、起重机安全视频监控系统、集装箱作业管理系统、货场无线网络传输系统等,组成铁路货场数字化技术体系,以实现货场作业全流程信息化,大幅提升货运作业效率和服务水平。
This paper elaborates the current status of information technology application in the railway freight yards, analyzes such problems as low degree of information technology application, poor compatibility among systems, incomplete functions, low degree of integration, etc., and proposes a technical plan for the railway marshalling yard digitalization. The plan is based on the operation management system of freight yard with the support of Io T technology. The digital system consists of the access control system, multimedia dispatching system, automatic train identification and positioning system, loading work shift and recording system, moveable loading machinery positioning and monitoring system, crane video monitoring system, container operation management system and wireless network transmission system, etc. This digital system realizes the digitalization of all the processes in the freight yard, and significantly increases the operation efficiency and service quality.
