基于Saber的LED路灯驱动器的仿真研究

摘要 LED具有流高明、寿命长、绿色环保等优点,已成为照明发展的主要方向。本文设计了一种用于路灯的80W LED驱动器,该驱动器采用两级结构,前级功率因数校正,后级采用LLC隔离变换器直流/直流变换。设计应用Saber软件建模,将理论与仿真结合,分析了工作原理并确定了电路参数。该驱动器具有功率大、抗干扰能力强及软开关等特性,在推动LED路灯建设方面具有一定的实用性。 LED has become the main direction of lighting development with its advantages of high lumen, long life and environmentally friendly etc. An 80W LED driver for street lamps is designed in this paper, it uses a two-level structure: the former level for power factor correction, the LLC isolation converter is used by DC/DC transform in the latter level. The Saber software is used to simulate circuit in this design. The theory and simulation are combined to analyze the working principle and determine the circuit parameters. The driver has the characteristics of large power, strong anti-interference ability and soft switch function. The design has certain practicability in promoting the construction of LED street lamp.
