摘要
目的探讨造口综合护理对新生儿肠造瘘的术后并发症的影响。方法选取2016年12月—2017年5月收治的肠造瘘新生儿45例为观察组,给予造口综合护理。选取2016年7—11月收治的肠造瘘新生儿42例为对照组,给予造口常规护理。比较2组造口使用情况、并发症及患儿家属的护理满意度。结果观察组第1个造口袋使用时间长于对照组,造口袋护理费用少于对照组,更换造口袋时间短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的造口脱垂、周围皮炎、肠液外漏、感染等并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组家属的护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论造口综合护理能够减少新生儿肠造瘘的并发症,延长造口袋的适应寿命,提高家属的护理满意度。
Objective To investigate the influence of comprehensive nursing on postopera- tive complications of neonatal enterostomy. Methods A total of 45 neonatal enterostomy patients in our department from December 2016 to May 2017 were selected as observation group, given colostomy comprehensive nursing. Another 42 neonatal enterostomy patients in our department from July to No- vember 2016 were selected as control group, given routine nursing. The stoma usage, complications and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results The use time of the first colosto- my bag in the observation group was longer, and the nursing cost of colostomy bags was less, and the time of changing colostomy bag was shorter than that in the control group, the differences were statisti- cally significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Incidences of complications including stoma prolapse, peripheral der- matitis, intestinal leakage, infection in the observation group were lower, and nursing satisfaction was higher than that in the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing can reduce the complications of neonatal colostomy, prolong the life span of stoma bag and improve nursing satis- faction of family memebers.
