血清KL-6在部分肿瘤及间质性肺病中的研究进展 被引量：2

Research progress of serum KL-6 in part of tumors and interstitial lung diseases

摘要 KL-6(Krebs von den Lungen 6)是一种唾液酸化的大分子黏蛋白,属于MUC家族的一员。研究发现,KL-6可作为间质性肺疾病(ILD)的血清学标志物。除此之外,KL-6作为糖蛋白家族的成员之一,在多种肿瘤的发生发展中起着及其重要的作用。因此,为了更好地了解血清中KL-6的表达水平与部分肿瘤及间质性肺病的关系,本文就KL-6在这些疾病中的研究进展做一综述。 KL-6 is a high molecular weight mucin bearing sialylated oligosaccharide belonging to MUC. It is reported that KL-6 was a serologic marker for interstitial pneumonia. In addition, KL-6 plays an important role in the development of multiple tumors. Therefore, this article reviews the research progress of KL-6 to further understand the relationship between KL-6 in serum and these diseases.
