摘要
目的探讨结直肠金属支架置入术对左半结肠癌所致肠梗阻的治疗效果。方法回顾性分析选择60例本院收治的左半结肠癌所致肠梗阻进行研究,根据术式不同分研究组和对照组各30例。对照组患者实施常规剖腹造瘘术治疗,观察组患者采用结直肠金属支架置入术治疗,比较两组治疗效果及并发症。结果观察组患者治疗有效率96.67%,显著高于对照组患者治疗有效率76.67%,差异具有统计学意义(Z=-2.049,P<0.05)。观察组患者并发症发生率3.33%,显著低于对照组患者并发症发生率26.7%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=4.706,P=0.030)。结论对左半结肠癌所致肠梗阻患者采用结直肠金属支架置入术治疗能够明显缓解症状,且安全性较高。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of endoscopic implantation of metal stents for left-sided malignant colorectal cancer induced obstruction. Methods Retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 60 cases of left-sided malignant colorectal induced obstruction. According to different surgical methods they were divided into study group and control group,30 cases in each group. Patients in the control group received routine laparotomy fistula treatment,while observation group received colorectal metal stenting,comparing the therapeutic effect and complications of the two groups.Results The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 96.67%,which was significantly higher than 76.67% in the control group（ Z =-2.049,P〈0.05）. The complication rate of observation group was 3.33%,and it was 20% in the control group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（ χ~2= 4. 706,P = 0. 030）. Conclusions The treatment of colorectal obstruction caused by left colon cancer with colorectal stent implantation can significantly relieve symptoms,and the safety is high,so it is worth popularizing.
