摘要
目的:评价茵蒿蓝颗粒退黄降酶保肝的药理作用。方法:分别采用异硫氰酸-1-萘酯(isothiocyanate-1-naphthyl esters,ANIT)、D-氨基半乳糖(D-galactosamine,D-Ga IN)、卡介苗(bacillus calmette-guerin,BCG)加大肠杆菌脂多糖(intestinal coli lipopolysaccharide,LPS)致小鼠肝细胞损伤模型,以小鼠肝功能和肝病理改变为判断指标,观察茵蒿蓝颗粒的保肝降酶、退黄作用。结果:茵蒿蓝颗粒可显著降低黄疸型肝炎模型小鼠血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶(alanine aminotransferase,ALT)、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(aspartate aminotransferase,AST)、总胆红素(total bilirubin,TBIL)、直接胆红素(direct bilirubin,DBIL),降低D-Ga IN急性肝损伤模型和BCG加LPS免疫性肝损伤模型小鼠血清ALT、AST、TBIL水平;肝脏组织病理学检查显示,茵蒿蓝颗粒对以上3种肝细胞损伤均具有明显的修复作用,试验结果提示5.2g/kg可作为有效参考剂量。结论:茵蒿蓝颗粒具有良好的保肝降酶、退黄的作用。
Objective: To evaluate the effect of Yinhaolan Granula on the liver protection,jaundice receding and liver enzyme decreasing. Methods: Mice liver cell damage model was induced by isothiocyanate-1-naphthyl esters( ANIT),D-galactosamine( D-Ga IN),bacillus calmetteguerin( BCG) plus intestinal coli lipopolysaccharide( LPS) respectively. Liver functional indexes and the change in pathology of liver tissue were evaluated. Results: Yinhaolan Granula significantly reduced serum alanine aminotransferase( ALT) of mice in jaundice hepatitis test,aspartate aminotransferase( AST),total bilirubin( TBIL),direct bilirubin( DBIL),reduced mice serum ALT,AST,TBIL levels of D-Ga IN in acute liver injury test and BCG plus LPS immune in liver injury test; Liver histopathology examination showed that it had the obvious improvement on above three kinds of liver cell injury. Experiment results suggested 5. 2 g/kg dosage was used as an effective reference. Conclusion: Yinhaolan Granula has the effect of the liver protection,jaundice receding and liver enzyme decreasing.
