摘要
介绍了国家能源集团物资主数据标准化工作存在的问题与不足,分析具体原因,提出优化完善物资分类体系、建立清理机制、强化标准管控体系、推进业务标准化等思路建议,进一步提升物资主数据标准化管理水平,为重组后的国家能源集团物资管理全面提升奠定更坚实的基础。
The paper mainly introduced the problems and shortages existed in the master data standardized management and upgrading work of the goods and materials in National Energy Group and analyzed the certain causes. The paper provided the optimized and improved classification system of the goods and materials,the establishment of the clean mechanism,the enhanced standard management system,the promoted business standards and other idea proposals in order to further upgrade the master data standardized management level of the goods and materials and to set up the solid base to the full upgrading of the goods and materials management after the reorganization of National Energy Group.
