摘要
公安信息化建设是公安工作发展的必由之路,是建立与高铁时代相匹配的现代警务机制的必然选择。积极适应大数据时代信息化发展的新趋势,大力加强公安信息化建设,努力打造高铁时代"智慧警务",推动现代警务流程再造、现代队伍管理升级,必须加强顶层设计,科学合理规划,明确职责任务,找准路径,坚持以信息化牵引警务机制改革,不断提升公安机关的核心战斗力。
The construction of railway public security informatization is the essential way to improvepolicing work, as well as the inevitable choice to build modern policing mechanism in coordinate with thehigh-speed rail era. We should actively adapt to the new tendency of informatization in the big data era, putmore efforts on public security informatization, strive to construct＂wisdom policing＂in high-speed rail era, andpromote the reconstruction of modern policing process and the upgrade of modern personnel management. It isurgent to enforce＂the top-level design＂, make scientific and accessible plans, define responsibilities and duties,settle the pathway, and uphold informatizationin the lead of policing mechanism reformation, continuouslyincreasing the core battle effectiveness of police agencies.
