摘要
湿地可为人类提供调蓄洪水、净化水质、补充地下水等多种生态服务。城市湿地是城市生态环境的重要组成部分,未来人类对城市湿地的需求将不断增加。近些年,《湿地公约》相继提出了"湿地城市"及其认证标准和工作流程等。结合我国湿地保护管理形势严峻、城市化快速增长、城市湿地功能衰退的历史背景,对"湿地城市"的概念和内涵进行了讨论,并对我国"湿地城市"的研究进行了展望。开展"湿地城市"认证工作将有助于提升城市的综合竞争力,落实有关生态保护政策,提高我国湿地保护管理水平。
Wetlands can provide human with various kinds of ecosystem services,such as,regulating and storing flood,purifying water body,providing supplementary groundwater,etc.In the future,the demand for urban wetlands will be increasing greatly,since urban wetlands had been the important component of urban ecological environment.In recent years,the Ramsar Convention successively put forward the ＂wetland city＂ and its certification criteria and work process,etc.Combining with the historical background of the serious situation of wetland protection and management,rapid growth of urbanization,functional retrogression of urban wetland,the conception and the connotation of ＂wetland city＂ were discussed,and further researches of ＂wetland city＂ in China were prospected.In China,the development of ＂wetland city＂ would create beneficial conditions to improve the comprehensive competitiveness of city,implementing ecological protection policy,enhance the level of wetland protection and management in China.
