摘要
TB6是一种具有高强度高韧性的近β型钛合金。该合金在锻造过程中的组织形态的变化在超声波探伤中会以杂波水平的高低显示。该显示会影响检测人员对合金的质量判断,本文通过对TB6合金生产过程中不同组织形态进行超声波检测,在超声波检测中用不同探头和仪器匹配得出的波形信息进行分析,并对不同组织状态的TB6合金的超声波探伤提出见解。
TB6 is a kind of near β-type titanium alloy with high strength and high toughness. The change in the form of structure of the alloy during forging is shown by the level of clutter in ultrasonic flaw detection. The display will affect the inspector to judge the quality of the alloy. In this paper,ultrasonic testing of different forms of structure in the process of TB6 alloy production is carried out,and the waveform information obtained by matching different probes and instruments during ultrasonic testing is analyzed,and the opinion on ultrasonic flaw detection of TB6 alloys with different structure is put forward.
