摘要
针对管材的精密下料问题,对管料外表面不同类型环状缺口的缺口效应进行了研究,并对管料环状V型缺口根部应力场的参数进行了分析,确定了缺口张角、缺口深度和缺口根部底角半径是影响环状V型缺口根部应力场的3个主要参数,并推导出了适合管料下料的管料V型缺口参数的数学表达式。提出了管材疲劳断裂精密下料缺口的设计,并分别对表面带有环状V型缺口试样、环状U型缺口试样、朝着与背着下料端方向45°的不对称V型缺口试样4种缺口形式进行了数值模拟计算,得到朝着下料端方向45°不对称V型缺口和环状V型缺口这两种缺口形式是比较适合的缺口形式,并对每种缺口在相同实验条件下产生的裂纹扩展长度做了相关试验研究,试验结论和数值模拟结论相吻合。
In view of the problem of pipes precision blanking,notch effect of the different types of annular notchs on the external surface of pipe was studied. The parameters of the tube annular V-shaped notch root stress field were analyzed,and it was determined that the notch opening angle,notch depth and notch root radius are the three main parameters affecting annular V-shaped notch root stress field,the mathematical formula of tube blanking V-notch parameters which is suitable for blanking was also deduced. The notch design of the tube fatigue fracture precision blanking was put forward,the specimens with annular V-shaped notches,the ring U-shaped notches,and the asymmetric V-shaped notches with 45° towards and backward to the blanking end direction were carried on the numerical simulation calculation. The results show that asymmetric V-shaped notch with 45° towards to the blanking end direction and annular V-notch are the two notch forms which are more suitable for the blanking method. The length of crack propagation of each kind of notch under the same experimental condition was studied,and the experiment results are consistent with the numerical simulation results.
