摘要
首先分析了带式输送机托辊的种类及结构,从托辊的直径、托辊的材料以及托辊的结构类型方面对托辊的种类进行阐述;讨论托辊结构的研究进展,尤其在密封结构及轴承方面进行详细介绍。然后详细介绍了带式输送机托辊性能测试,总结了带式输送机托辊性能测试的发展进程。最后归纳了带式输送机托辊在机械工程应用中存在的问题,并对其应用前景进行了展望。
Firstly, analyzes the type material and structure type of idler and and structure of belt conveyor disgusses the progress of idlers＇ idler, elaborats the diameter, structure, especially introduces the seal structure and bearing, then, it analyzes the performance test of belt conveyor idler, summarizes the process of the idler performance test. Finally ,it concludes that the problems existing in the application of belt conveyor idler in mechanical engineering, and prospects the application prospect.
