摘要
以山西某煤层气开采企业项目为例,经过筹划与组织、预评估、评估、方案的产生和筛选、可行性分析、方案实施及持续清洁生产7个阶段,企业实现了煤层气开采的污染物低排放,达到了预定的清洁生产目标。通过实施13项无/低费方案,提高了生产效率,增加了总产量,减少废水排放量18.9万t/a,减少COD排放量109.4 t/a,SS排放量188.9 t/a,其环境效益显著。该企业在实现了降低单位产品能耗和原料损失率的同时,也实现了经济、环境和社会效益的统一,为煤层气开采企业今后的清洁生产审核积累了经验。
In the project of a Shanxi coal bed methane mining enterprises as an example,and low pollutant emission is achieved by conducting cleaner production method including the following seven steps： planning and organization, pre-assessment, assessment, programs generation and selection,feasibility analysis,implementation of plan and sustainable cleaner production; the scheduled goal of cleaner production is achieved. Through the implementation of 13 no/low cost solution programs,not only improve production efficiency ,but also increase the total output; and to enable enterprises to reduce the amount of wastewater discharge 189 thousand t/a;reduce emissions of COD 109.4 t/a; reduce emissions of SS 188.9 t/a. The environmental benefits are very significant. The enterprise has realized the unification of the economic ,environmental and social benefits in the process of reducing the energy consumption and material loss rate of the unit products, and accumulated experience for the future cleaner production audit of the coal-bed gas mining enterprises.
