摘要
钻孔灌注桩是众多桥梁及其他工程施工的基础,如果钻孔灌注桩的孔位及钢筋骨架中心偏位较大,则会导致桥梁上部结构对钻孔桩和墩柱产生较大的偏心压力,从而降低钻孔灌注桩的承载能力。本文通过对钻孔灌注桩孔位及钢筋骨架偏位原因进行深入研究,提出了一种新型快捷易操作并能准确确定孔位和钢筋骨架中心的定位技术,可为钻孔灌注桩孔位及钢筋骨架定位施工提供参考。
Bored piles are the foundation of numerous bridges and other construction projects. If the pile and reinforcement cage position deviation of bored pile is larger, the bridge superstructure will cause greater eccentric pressure on the bored pile and column, which can reduce the bearing capacity of the bored pile. Through in-depth study on the reasons for the pile and reinforcement cage position deviation of bored piles, a new type of positioning technology determining the coincidence of holes and reinforcement cage center is proposed, whcih is easy to operate and precise. It has a good effect on a bridge project in Xuzhou and can provide a reference for the hole and reinforcement cage positioning construction of bored piles.
